Job summary

Champions Group is building a standing bench of General Manager talent—ready to step in and lead residential HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical businesses across our markets. This bench is not a training program but a proactive pool of leaders matched to the right GM seat as opportunities open.

We seek two entry paths: experienced team leaders (3–5+ years) and current GMs ready to scale to a larger, multi-brand platform. Relocation is required, with mentorship from senior GMs and a structured ramp.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years leading a team in residential home services (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) with broader operations experience.
• Experience running a full center's operations and owning budgets.
• Willingness to relocate to open markets across our footprint.
• Strong financial judgement and accountability for gross profit and growth.

Responsibilities

• Own full P&L and operational performance for your branch (revenue, margin, labor productivity, customer experience).
• Lead department managers and through them a team of technicians and support staff.
• Set local market strategy (pricing, marketing spend, competitive positioning) with platform leadership.
• Recruit, develop, and retain top field and office talent.
• Read a branch scorecard and translate metrics into action.
