Champions Group is building a standing bench of General Manager talent to lead residential HVAC, plumbing and electrical businesses across our markets. This is not a training program and there is no fixed seat on day one; relocation is required as opportunities open in our footprint.

We seek leaders who have run teams in home-services or current GMs ready to scale to a larger, multi-brand platform. Expect a national footprint across several states with placed seats matched to needs.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years leading a team in home-services or related field.
• Experience running full center operations with P&L responsibility.
• Willing to relocate to match market needs and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Own full P&L and operating performance for your branch.
• Lead department managers and indirectly manage technicians and staff.
• Set local market strategy including pricing and marketing spend.
• Recruit, develop, and retain field and office talent.
• Read branch scorecards and translate data into action.
