Champions Group Holdings is building a standing bench of General Manager talent ready to step into full P&L ownership across our HVAC, plumbing, and electrical businesses. We identify top leaders now so we can place you in the right market when a GM seat opens.

This is a bench, not a single opening, with a national platform and local market autonomy. Relocation to open markets is required as opportunities arise across our footprint.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years leading a team in residential HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or home-services trade with full center ops experience.
• Experience running full P&L and center operations, not just crew leadership.
• Current GMs or leaders aiming for broader platform with multi-brand resources.
• Willingness to relocate to open market placements.

Responsibilities

• Own full P&L and operational performance for your branch — revenue, margin, labor, customer experience.
• Lead department managers (service, install, sales, dispatch/CSR) and teams of technicians.
• Set local market strategy — pricing, marketing spend, competitive positioning with platform leadership.
• Recruit, develop, and retain top field and office talent.
• Interpret branch scorecards and drive action on pricing, productivity, and CX.
