Easy Home Sale is seeking a Senior Residential Maintenance Technician to perform hands-on remodeling and carpentry in vacant homes and rental properties. This full-time, year-round role requires diagnosing problems, selecting practical solutions, and completing common residential repairs independently.

The ideal candidate brings strong HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repair skills, with a valid driver's license and the ability to travel between properties.

Qualifications

• Several years of hands-on residential maintenance or remodeling experience.
• Strong working knowledge of residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Ability to diagnose problems and complete common repairs independently.
• General carpentry and residential repair skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between properties.
• Availability for on-call responsibilities and occasional overtime.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair common residential HVAC problems.
• Troubleshoot furnaces, boilers, thermostats, pumps, and zone valves.
• Complete plumbing repairs including leaks, faucets, and water heaters.
• Perform light electrical repairs and basic troubleshooting.
• Inspect properties and prepare material lists.
• Coordinate contractors for specialized work.
• Communicate progress and potential delays.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and respond to after-hours calls.
