Job summary

Care Concern Group Limited seeks an experienced Home Manager for Parkfield House in Uxbridge. Lead day-to-day operations, ensure safe, person-centred care and uphold regulatory standards with strong financial and people leadership.

You will develop the team, drive improvements, and strengthen the home’s performance while engaging families and the local community. A registered nurse (RGN) background is desirable.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead a residential/nursing home team.
• Strong focus on person-centred care and quality improvement.
• Experience sustaining Good CQC ratings and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operation of Parkfield House to deliver safe, person-centred care.
• Maintain and strengthen governance, quality assurance, and CQC standards.
• Coach and develop the Deputy Manager and heads of department; build leadership capability.
• Improve recruitment, retention and workforce planning to reduce agency use.
• Grow occupancy and strengthen relationships with families, commissioners and regulators.
• Manage budgets and support planned refurbishment while maintaining continuity of care.
