Willing Care Recruitment Limited is seeking a Deputy Nurse Manager for a luxury nursing home in the UK. You must be RN or RMN qualified and ready to support the Home Manager in daily clinical operations.

Lead nursing teams, ensure CQC compliance, oversee care planning, medication administration and safeguarding, and foster a safe, compassionate environment for residents. The role offers up to £55,000, a 40-hour week, training, pension and wellbeing support.

Qualifications

Our client is looking for an experienced and motivated Deputy Nurse Manager to join their stunning, purpose-built luxury nursing home.
