Avid Health at Home Michigan LLC is seeking a Clinical Manager (RN) to lead a multidisciplinary home care team in the Saint Joseph area. The role involves developing and supervising client care plans, coordinating case management, and ensuring quality of care across the branch.

Based in Saint Joseph, this in-office position covers Berrien and surrounding counties, with travel as needed. Strong leadership, communication, and clinical supervision skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• RN with current, unencumbered license.
• Minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience.
• Willingness to travel as required for business purposes.
• Valid driver’s license with active vehicle insurance and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client care plans and ensure clinical integrity of practice by all staff on the interdisciplinary team.
• Manage client intake assessments and pursue referral opportunities to grow the branch.
• Generate plans of treatment and care plans per physician orders.
• Supervise and train field staff; ensure documentation meets regulatory standards.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain client files per company policy.
• Provide on-going supervision, mentoring, and performance appraisals in the field.
