Job summary

Boost Home Healthcare in Massachusetts seeks an experienced Clinical Manager (RN) to lead in-home care teams, ensuring quality patient outcomes and supervising staff under physician plans of care.

The ideal candidate will hold an MA RN license with 2+ years in community/home health and 1–2 years of supervising clinicians, plus EMR experience and Medicare knowledge. This on-site role offers flexible scheduling and strong development opportunities.

Qualifications

• RN license in MA required.
• 2+ years of experience as an RN in community/home health.
• 1–2 years of supervising clinicians in a Home Health Agency environment.
• Experience using Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare Conditions of Participation and payment mechanisms for home health.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical supervision, performance evaluations and disciplinary actions for all staff.
• Conduct in-home supervisory visits with assigned team members.
• Monitor staff assignments, caseloads and team productivity; optimize resource use for outcomes and reimbursement.
• Support coordination of interdisciplinary care.
• Develop and maintain patient tracking and financial forecasting systems.
• Provide census, staffing, and productivity reports to Administration.
