Always Best Care of Greater Bristol in New Milford, CT is seeking experienced part-time caregivers to provide non-medical care to seniors in their homes. You will assist with daily routines, light housekeeping, meal prep, transportation, and companionship while following safety practices.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working as a Non-Medical Caregiver
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Must have Cell Phone/ Tablet

Responsibilities

• Provide daily routine care such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
• Responsible for house maintenance when applicable
• Answer phone calls for clients when necessary
• Converse with patients to provide assurance
• Observe Universal Precautions
• Provide patient transportation to doctor appointments, outside activities, and shopping
• Provide patient laundry and linen changes
• Light housekeeping
• Provide medication reminders
• Meal preparation and clean up
