Job summary

Always Best Care Senior Services - Central Connecticut seeks experienced caregivers to provide non-medical in-home care for seniors. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, transportation, and companionship.

Must have at least 1 year of professional caregiver experience in home care or related settings. We offer strong support, flexible scheduling, training, and opportunities for career growth in a team-focused environment

Qualifications

• Has at least 1 year of professional caregiver experience in Home Care, Home Health, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Senior Living.
• Experience with compassionate, client-focused caregiving and safety.
• Must be compassionate, dependable, patient, and professional.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, non-medical care that helps seniors remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes.
• Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Personal Care,Bathing, Dressing & Grooming.
• Toileting Assistance, Medication Reminders, Meal Preparation.
• Light Housekeeping, Transportation to Appointments, Grocery Shopping & Errands.
• Companionship and Safety Supervision.
• Reporting changes in client condition.
