Job summary

Always Best Care of Greater Bristol is seeking experienced Part-Time Non-Medical Caregivers to support seniors in a safe, professional environment. The role offers 8-20 hours per week, with scheduling flexibility and reporting to the Staffing / Care Coordinator.

Responsibilities include daily routine care (bathing, dressing, feeding), light housekeeping, transportation to appointments, medication reminders, meal prep, and ensuring comfort and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience as Non-Medical Caregiver is required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with proof of insurance and reliable transportation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides daily routine care such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
• Responsible for house maintenance when applicable
• Answer phone calls for clients when necessary
• Converses with patients to provide assurance
• Observes Universal Precautions
• Provides patient transportation to doctor appointments, outside activities and shopping
• Provides patient laundry and linen changes
• Light housekeeping
• Provides medication reminders
• Meal preparation and clean up
