FirstLight Home Care is seeking a Field Supervisor in Ohio to oversee the delivery of compassionate home care. This on-site role partners with caregivers, clients, and the office team to ensure high-quality services and client satisfaction.

• 5+ years caregiving experience with seniors, including dementia care.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and train caregivers.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct caregiver-client introductions and support new client starts.
• Perform supervisory and quality-assurance visits in client homes.
• Provide hands-on personal and dementia care when coverage is needed.
• Step in for call-offs to maintain continuity of care.
• Mentor, train, and support caregivers in the field.
• Monitor client satisfaction and communicate service needs.
• Participate in an every-other-weekend rotation for urgent coverage.
