Qualifications

• Professional background in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Automation or Mining engineering, or alike.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with customer focus.
• Valid passport and driver’s license; willingness to travel 60-70% as required.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key point of contact for all technical aspects after system start-up and lead the maintenance program for hoist systems.
• Provide on-site or remote technical support for installation, commissioning and routine maintenance.
• Conduct hoisting system inspections and audits to ensure safe operation.
• Advise customers on service solutions per standard processes and safety guidelines.
• Identify potential equipment failures and take corrective actions, including proactive recommendations.
• Document work performed and follow up as needed.
• Suggest product, quality, and service improvements and discuss with management.
• Provide hands-on support at customer sites.
