Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience with High-Net Worth Personal Lines for broker or underwriter.
• Ability to manage a book of business and coordinate renewals and new business with clients and underwriters.
• Strong knowledge and relationships with major underwriters such as Chubb, PURE, Cinci, and AIG.
• Experience with agency management systems AMS 360 or EPIC.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication; team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Lead High-Net Worth Personal Lines book for clients and referrals.
• Market, renew, and place new business with underwriting partners.
• Provide day-to-day service support to HNW clients and prospect for growth.
