Job summary

Osaic in the United States seeks a Senior Financial Planning Strategist to join our High Net Worth Planning Services team. This technically oriented role requires deep knowledge of estate, business, and tax planning and the ability to present solutions to financial advisors for high-net-worth clients.

The position is full-time with a hybrid schedule (minimum four days in the office) and offers a salary of $130,000 to $150,000 plus annual bonus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of financial planning experience in a client- or advisor-facing capacity.
• CFP Designation.
• Experience delivering educational content and presenting to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across organizational levels.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple complex cases simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Provide innovative solutions to financial advisors as an expert on the High Net Worth Planning Services team, including advice on taxation, business succession planning, estate planning, trust administration, life insurance, and retirement plans.
• Conduct necessary research and apply experience to address complex financial planning issues and present solutions.
• Review and summarize complex estate planning documents and business governance documents.
• Distill complex planning strategies into accessible recommendations for advisors.
• Identify developments impacting financial planning and inform strategic direction.
• Deliver presentations to internal and external audiences, including conferences and trainings.
• Mentor colleagues to develop financial planning skills.
• All other duties as assigned.
