Osaic seeks a Senior Financial Planning Specialist for High Net Worth Planning Services. You will deliver sophisticated planning strategies, including tax, estate, and business planning, to financial advisors and their high-net-worth clients.

The role requires 10+ years of experience, CFP designation, and strong presentation skills. You will mentor colleagues, stay ahead of regulatory changes, and contribute to cross-functional initiatives in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of financial planning experience in a client- or advisor-facing capacity.
• CFP Designation and industry licenses preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration across organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert planning guidance on tax, estate, business succession, and retirement strategies for high-net-worth clients.
• Research and present complex planning solutions to financial advisors.
• Review and summarize estate documents and governance agreements.
• Deliver presentations to internal/external audiences and mentor colleagues.
• Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting planning.
