Qualifications

• 10+ years of financial planning experience in a client- or advisor-facing role.
• CFP Designation required.
• Experience delivering educational content and presenting to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide innovative solutions to financial advisors on estate, business succession, estate planning, trust administration, life insurance, and retirement plans.
• Conduct research, leverage technology, and apply experience to address complex planning issues and present solutions.
• Review and summarize complex estate planning documents and business governance agreements.
• Distill complex planning strategies into accessible recommendations for advisors.
• Identify developments that impact financial planning and inform strategic direction.
• Deliver presentations to internal and external audiences, including conferences and trainings.
• Mentor colleagues to develop financial planning skills.
• All other duties as assigned.
