Osaic is seeking a Senior Financial Planning Strategist to join our High Net Worth Planning Services team. This role focuses on estate, business and tax planning strategies, delivering expert guidance to financial advisors managing sophisticated client portfolios.

The position requires a CFP designation, 10+ years of experience, and strong communication skills. The role supports hybrid in-office work across multiple locations with a competitive total compensation package.

Formación

• 10+ years of financial planning experience in a client- or advisor-facing capacity.
• CFP designation required.
• Experience delivering educational content and presenting to diverse audiences.
• Ability to influence and collaborate across organizational levels.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex cases simultaneously.

Responsabilidades

• Provide innovative solutions to financial advisors as an expert on the High Net Worth Planning Services team, including advice on taxation, business succession planning, estate planning, trust administration, life insurance, and retirement plans.
• Conduct research, leverage technology, and apply experience to address complex financial planning issues and present solutions to financial advisors.
• Review and summarize complex estate planning documents and business governance documents.
• Distill complex planning strategies into accessible recommendations for advisors to present to clients.
• Identify regulatory and industry developments and inform strategic direction.
• Deliver presentations to internal and external audiences, including conferences, webinars, and trainings.
• Mentor colleagues to develop their financial planning skills.
• All other duties as assigned.
