The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in personal lines property and casualty insurance, and possess strong communication skills. This role includes responsibilities such as maintaining client retention, providing technical expertise, and preparing insurance proposals. Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Personal Lines Property & Casualty Insurance.
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Must be a licensed Property & Casualty insurance agent in the state.

Responsibilities

• Manage Premier in Client Tiers 2 and 3 independently.
• Provide technical expertise with new and existing client service.
• Maintain a minimum of 95% retention of Client Accounts.

Skills

8 years’ experience in Personal Lines Property & Casualty Insurance

Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills

Knowledge of Sagitta/WorkSmart preferred

Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment

Team‑oriented

Education

High School Graduate; college degree preferred

Property & Casualty insurance license

Industry designation such as ARM, CIC, CPCU, CPRIA or intent to pursue
