Job summary

ResMed Inc is seeking an Advanced Professional Services Consultant to manage software implementations of Brightree's HME/DME solutions. In this role, you will guide clients through system setup, training, and ensure a smooth transition to operations.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in healthcare software implementations, strong project management skills, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while interacting with clients.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with healthcare software implementations.
• Experience training users on HME/DME applications.
• Ability to travel up to 30% for client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Manage implementation of HME/DME product for customers.
• Oversee project activities including system configuration and training.
• Facilitate group training sessions and enhance training materials.
