Job summary

ResMed seeks an Advanced Professional Services Consultant to lead Brightree HME/DME software implementations and client engagements. You will guide system configuration, training, and adoption, while troubleshooting issues and providing ongoing feedback to improve the product experience.

This role emphasizes healthcare software delivery in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. You will work on end-to-end projects, create training materials, manage escalations, and collaborate with customers

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience implementing, project managing or training on healthcare software systems.
• Experience implementing and/or training on Brightree applications.
• 1+ years of experience training users on HME/DME applications.
• 1+ years of experience implementing forms-based software.
• Familiarity with SaaS applications and performance criteria.
• Strong analytical ability to troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues.
• Experience developing training materials and product documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage the successful implementation of the HME/DME product to Brightree customers, including consulting, configuration, training, and communications.
• Provide remote implementation and training services related to Brightree HME/DME.
• Drive working sessions to document business and technical requirements.
• Provide status updates to management using standard reporting tools.
• Facilitate and conduct group trainings.
• Create HME/DME documentation and training materials; maintain for product updates.
• Manage customer escalations through Brightree channels.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve software issues reported by customers.
• Track defects and coordinate with Support for resolution.
• Transition live customers to standard support processes.
• Provide feedback to Product Management and Development on enhancements.
