Qualifications

• Must have a BS in Engineering and be eligible for professional licensing (PE/Engineering in Training preferred but not required).
• 15 years of professional work experience, with 10 years in Mechanical Engineering aligned to US Navy HM&E systems.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain DoD security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead design projects from concept through detailed engineering, prototyping, and field validation.
• Mentor junior engineers, driving innovation in HM&E solutions and delivering projects on time and within scope.
• Create technical drawings and develop supporting technical documentation packages.
• Review data packages, mechanical tests, quality data, and installation drawings to ensure compliance.
