Job summary

The incumbent will assess resources, ensure compliance with state and department policies, and present actionable recommendations based on data analyses.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of HIV prevention, linkage to care, and HIV/AIDS patient care.
• Policies and procedures pertaining to HIV in Florida; knowledge of statutes and rules for HIV patient care program.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and perform program reviews related to Cluster Detection and Response activities.
• Manage research contracts between the Department and external partners.
• Evaluate counties to determine resource use and compliance with state laws, rules, and department policies.
• Summarize information and make recommendations based on analyses.
