Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant industry experience in harness fabrication, rack assembly, or similar technical environment.
• Hands-on experience with harness manufacturing and rack integration.
• Ability to follow quality inspection and manufacturing work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, assemble, and test high-quality harnessing.
• Build and modify HITL test racks, including equipment installation.
• Collaborate on maintaining and improving HITL test systems.
