Job summary

Just Construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a major historic restoration project in Coral Gables. The role requires driving all phases from preconstruction to turnover on time, within budget, and to code, while coordinating with owners, architects, and multiple trades.

The ideal candidate has 4–6+ years in commercial construction with proven history in restoration, renovation, or occupied projects and strong financial oversight and client relations skills.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction.
• Experience on historic restoration, renovation, or remodel projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall management and execution of a major historic restoration project in Coral Gables.
• Manage from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring schedule, budget, quality, and contracts are met.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
