Construction Superintendent – High-Rise Restoration

Miami-Dade County, FL | Full-Time | On-Site

An established Florida General Contractor with more than 30 years of experience is hiring a Construction Superintendent for high-rise concrete and waterproofing restoration projects ranging from $1 million to $50 million-plus.

We are seeking a proactive, computer-savvy Superintendent who can independently lead field operations while assisting with limited Assistant Project Manager and Project Manager functions. Direct high-rise restoration experience is required; however, candidates with limited Superintendent experience will be considered and trained.

Qualifications

• Ability to independently drive field operations—not simply monitor crews.
• Strong computer skills, including email, Microsoft Office, and electronic project documents.
• Ability to read construction plans, specifications, and engineering drawings.
• Strong leadership, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with project documentation and limited APM or PM responsibilities preferred.
• Procore, Bluebeam, and OSHA training are preferred.
• Previous experience as a Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, Foreman, Project Engineer, or Assistant Project Manager will be considered.

Direct high-rise restoration experience is required, but we will train candidates who demonstrate strong industry knowledge, computer skills, leadership potential, and a willingness to learn.
