Job summary

Caris Life Sciences in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Histology Technologist III to support pathology with IHC, embedding, microtomy, and high-complexity staining platforms. Under supervision, you will ensure QC, proper labeling, and workflow integrity in a fast-paced laboratory.

The role requires 5+ years in IHC/histology, HT/HTL (ASCP), and accredited degree or equivalent training. Travel and occasional after-hours work are expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in an IHC/histology laboratory.
• HT/HTL (ASCP) certification required.
• Degree from ABHES/CAAHEP accredited program or equivalent training.
• Experience with high-complexity IHC staining platforms.

Responsibilities

• Perform embedding, microtomy and high-complexity IHC staining and QC.
• Operate Ventana, Dako Auto-stainer and Dako Omnis platforms.
• Identify problems and collaborate with leadership for solutions.
• Assist in training new staff and maintain LIS documentation.
