Job summary

Ardurra is seeking a Project Manager Highway/Roadway Engineer to join our Transportation team in Miami, FL. The successful candidate will manage a variety of transportation design projects, develop contract plans, specs and estimates, and supervise engineers, designers, and technicians.

Experience with roadway geometric design and OpenRoads is preferred. You will lead project delivery from concept to construction, coordinate with clients and stakeholders, and contribute to marketing and business

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from ABET-accredited program.
• 10+ years of post-licensure transportation design experience.
• Proficient with MicroStation and OpenRoads Designer; capable of supervising technical staff.
• Strong verbal communication and technical writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver contract plans, specs, and cost estimates for transportation projects.
• Lead engineering design tasks for roadway geometric design and reports.
• Supervise engineers, designers, and technicians on projects.
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to ensure scope and schedule.
