Job summary

DCSAM LLC in Memphis, TN is seeking an experienced project and asset manager to oversee total administration of highway projects under contract. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver safe, on-time results while controlling costs.

The role requires a strong background in maintenance contracts, budgeting, staffing, and compliance with federal and local regulations. This position offers a challenging environment and a compensation package commensurate with responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' management experience related to total routine maintenance contracts, and snow and ice control.
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering preferred or comparable.
• Knowledge of financial goals and budgeting.
• Must be available 24/7 to the project.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the management and operations of complex highway projects/contracts.
• Develop and revise a work plan for maintenance within contract limits.
• Manage all employees including Asst. Project Managers, Supervisors, technicians, and staff.
• Monitor project overheads to ensure proper resource utilization and expense management.
• Monitor contract to maximize operating profits and ensure contract compliance.
• Ensure current equipment inventory is sufficient for contract needs.
• Coordinate staffing and scheduling for personnel and equipment.
• Support business development and estimating needs with Contracts Committee.
