Job summary

DCSAM LLC seeks a senior operations leader to oversee asset management for highway projects in the Memphis, TN area. Lead a multi-discipline team, develop work plans, and ensure contracts meet safety, quality, and budget targets.

The role requires 10+ years of management on maintenance contracts, a Civil Engineering degree (preferred), and strong budgeting/financial acumen. Availability around the clock is expected to support 24/7 project operations and client needs.

Qualifications

10+ years of management experience related to routine maintenance contracts and snow/ice control.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or comparable) preferred.
Knowledge of financial goals and budgeting/forecasting.
Must be available 24/7 to the project.

Responsibilities

Oversee the management and operations of complex highway projects/contracts.
Develop and revise a work plan for maintenance within contract specifications.
Manage all staff including Asst. Project Managers, Supervisors, technicians and administrative staff.
Monitor project overheads and ensure proper expense management and profitability.
Identify, support and partner with Contracts Committee for business development and estimating needs.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws within contract scope.
Monitor vehicle and equipment utilization and asset readiness.
Coordinate recruiting, hiring plans, and training efforts annually.
Provide regular updates to customers and resolve issues.
