Job summary

DCS Asset Maintenance is seeking an experienced operations manager to oversee the asset management of highway projects in the Plano/Dallas area. You will lead diverse teams to deliver work safely, on time, and within budget while adhering to contract requirements.

Required: 10+ years of management in maintenance contracts, a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, strong budgeting and forecasting skills, and availability 24/7 for project needs. DCSAM offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of management experience related to maintenance contracts, and snow and ice control.
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (or comparable) preferred.
• Ability to prepare and manage budgets with forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the total asset management of highway projects/contracts within Plano/Dallas area.
• Manage all staff including project managers, supervisors, technicians, and administrative personnel.
• Monitor project overheads, expenses, and equipment utilization to maximize profits.
• Coordinate personnel and equipment scheduling and support business development and estimating needs.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and maintain customer communication and issue resolution.
