Qualifications

10+ years of highway design experience.
Licensed Professional Engineer in New Jersey or eligible for licensure.
Familiarity with AASHTO, NJDOT, and NJTA standards.

Responsibilities

Manage full project lifecycle from development to construction.
Supervise engineering design tasks.
Develop scopes of work and cost proposals.
Coordinate with clients and stakeholders.
Assist in proposal writing.
