Modjeski and Masters, Inc. in Florida (Orlando and Miami offices) seeks a Senior Highway Engineer with 10+ years of FDOT highway project experience. A FL PE license and ABET‑accredited BS in Civil Engineering are required.

Proficiency in MicroStation and OpenRoad Designer is expected, along with strong client relations and team leadership. The role involves guiding transportation engineers, pursuing FDOT and local agency projects, preparing proposals, and managing multiple projects within budget

Qualifications

• Registered Professional Engineer in Florida.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and leadership guidance for transportation engineers.
• Maintain strong client relationships; pursue and win FDOT/local agency projects.
• Prepare proposals and deliver marketing presentations.
• Manage multiple projects and project teams within budget and schedule.
• Perform roadway design tasks and OpenRoad Designer work from conception to final deliverable, including specs and cost estimates.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to staff development.
