You will lead project plans, schedules, and budgets, collaborate with subconsultants, prepare progress reports, and guide a growing team from initial proposal through project closeout.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited engineering degree required.
• Texas PE license required.
• 10+ years of project management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage project objectives including scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate with disciplines and subconsultants.
• Develop project plans and quality management plans.
• Create and maintain project schedules.
• Communicate status to internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead risk management and issue resolution.
• Mentor project team and support leadership with proposals.
