Job summary

STV Incorporated is seeking a Senior Highway Group Manager to lead and grow the Dallas–Fort Worth highway practice. You will guide multi-disciplinary teams, strengthen client partnerships with TxDOT and regional agencies, and drive pursuit strategies for major highway design and delivery projects across Texas.

You will partner with leadership to develop proposals, manage senior client relationships, and mentor professionals to advance delivery capabilities and business growth in the Dallas–Fort

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Professional Engineer license in Texas.
• 15+ years of highway design, transportation infrastructure, and project management experience.
• Established relationships with TxDOT and regional transportation agencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow multi-disciplinary highway design teams in Texas.
• Serve as trusted client partner to TxDOT, regional agencies, municipalities, and stakeholders.
