In this role, you will help shape strategy, drive business growth, lead major pursuits and projects, and elevate STV’s structural capabilities across Dallas-Fort Worth and the broader Texas market.The ideal candidate is a respected bridge and structural engineering leader with a strong record of delivering complex transportation projects, developing trusted client relationships, and mentoring high-performing teams.
