WSP is looking for a highway engineering leader to join its Pittsburgh office. The role involves overseeing transportation projects, ensuring quality and compliance with Local, State, and Federal standards.

You will lead cross-functional teams and mentor junior staff within a hybrid work model, requiring a minimum of 3 days in-office attendance. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience and a Pennsylvania Professional Engineer’s license.

Competenze

• 7+ years of experience in highway design and transportation projects.
• Pennsylvania Professional Engineer’s license required.
• Ability to work independently and guide junior staff.
