Job summary

RS&H in Tampa, FL is seeking a Senior Highway Engineer to join our Infrastructure team. You will serve as a project lead, guide design teams, prepare specifications and complete project documents, analyses, and reports.

You will analyze data, perform design and cost analyses, manage projects, mentor junior staff, and ensure compliance with codes and standards while coordinating with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited engineering degree required.
• Professional engineer in good standing.
• Knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local codes and regulations.
• Proficiency with production software and construction document production.
• Ability to guide junior staff and review technical work for accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project specifications and complete project documents.
• Analyze data and prepare analyses and reports.
• Design complete projects and components; perform design layouts.
• Conduct quality control reviews and ensure milestones are met.
