Qualifications

• ABET-accredited engineering degree required.
• Professional Engineer in good standing.

• Proficiency in production software and construction documents.
• Ability to lead multi-discipline teams and secure client relationships.
• Strong communication and strategic decision-making skills.
• Demonstrated thought leadership and project leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Define project elements and processes to meet client needs.
• Lead projects and supervise design and technical delivery across disciplines.
• Coordinate bids, promote SOPs, and maintain client relationships.
• Present to clients on technical solutions and win new work.
• Mentor and manage small teams and ensure quality assurance.
