Job summary

Robert Peccia & Associates (RPA) is seeking a Senior Highway Engineer to lead roadway design within the Streets and Highways Group in Montana. You will provide design leadership, mentor junior engineers, and oversee projects from rural highways to urban interchanges.

You will collaborate with clients and agencies, manage small–to–mid sized projects, prepare documentation, and contribute to growth and leadership pathways within RPA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; Montana PE license or ability to obtain within six months.
• 6+ years of progressive roadway design experience.
• Experience with MDT/FHWA projects desirable; strong Civil3D, MicroStation, GEOPAK skills.

Responsibilities

• Design leadership for roadway projects on varying complexity and scope (Senior Highway Engineer).
• Plan, manage, and oversee small- to medium-sized projects with quality deliverables on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with engineers, clients, and agencies; lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
