Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive experience in roadway design.
• Prior design experience with MDT or FHWA is highly desirable.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the discipline lead for roadway design on projects.
• Plan, manage, and oversee all aspects of small to medium-sized projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and agencies.
