Job summary

P.J. Keating Company, a CRH company, is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead heavy highway general contracts, primarily MassDOT projects, from award through closeout. This role focuses on safety, schedule, budget, and client satisfaction.

Required are a Bachelor's degree in construction management or Civil Engineering, 5–10 years of experience in heavy/highway/public works, DOT project experience, and strong leadership and communication skills. Travel to project sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field.
• 5-10 years of construction management experience, preferably in heavy highway or civil projects.
• Experience managing DOT and public infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple heavy highway construction projects simultaneously.
• Review plans, specifications, contracts, permits, and project requirements.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and cost controls.
• Prepare and monitor project production goals and performance metrics.
• Coordinate resources, equipment, subcontractors, and materials to meet project objectives.
• Lead project startup, progress, and closeout meetings.
