Job summary

P.J. Keating Company, a CRH company, is seeking a Heavy Highway Construction Project Superintendent in Acushnet, MA. You will lead on-site construction efforts, manage schedules, safety, and daily cost reporting for complex highway projects.

Responsibilities include coordinating subcontractors, ensuring quality, and maintaining strong client communication while meeting schedule and budget goals. Bachelor's degree preferred;MassDOT knowledge valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's in construction management preferred.
• MassDOT specifications knowledge preferred.
• Ability to read plans/blueprints is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise heavy highway construction contracts.
• Plan, schedule, direct, and coordinate project activities to meet goals and budgets.
• Ensure safety compliance for crews, subcontractors, and the public (MUTCD/OSHA).
• Maintain daily reports and daily progress tracking for all work.
• Participate in estimating and bidding; manage subcontractors and vendors.
