Job summary

Water Resources Group in Deerwood, MN seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead highway heavy, industrial, and commercial construction projects from estimation handoff to closeout. You will own project financial performance and direct multiple PM teams to deliver safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Responsibilities include planning pre-construction, securing permits, managing change orders, and maintaining client relations. Requires 5+ years’ PM experience and OSHA 30.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years PM experience at PM III level or equivalent in highway heavy, industrial, or commercial projects.
• OSHA 30 training.
• Proven ownership of project margin, cash flow, forecasting, and contract administration.
• Experience leading project managers, superintendents, and field teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from estimating handoff through closeout, delivering on schedule and within budget.
• Oversee multiple PM teams, superintendents, and site labor teams.
• Plan pre-construction and build all-trade schedules; manage mobilization and deliveries.
• Secure permits and licenses before work begins.
• Run progress meetings with owners and engineers; manage correspondence.
• Oversee pay applications, A/R invoicing, and cost coding for forecasts.
• Manage change orders, subcontracts, and procurement; ensure compliance with contracts.
• Lead safety, quality, and risk management; ensure OSHA compliance.
