Job summary

Jr. Davis Construction Company, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to plan and oversee highway and civil construction projects from inception to closeout.

You will guide the project team, manage contracts, procurement, scheduling, cost projections and documentation with a strong emphasis on safety and quality. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in highway construction in Central Florida and hold a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or construction management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or construction management.
• MUST have heavy/highway project management experience.
• Minimum 5–8 years of project experience in heavy/highway construction.
• Familiar with grading, drainage, paving, bridge construction, and related highway scopes.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee construction projects from start to finish.
• Lead project team, ensure on-schedule delivery and client satisfaction.
• Review contracts, manage procurement, scheduling, costs and documentation.
• Maintain safety, quality and budget across projects ranging in size.
• Provide status reports and coordinate with engineers, architects, and subcontractors.
