Suitable candidates have at least 3 years of field experience, are on-site for daily huddles, and are willing to travel and work nights or weekends when needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of construction experience.
• Knowledge of FDOT and MUTCD standards.
• Ability to work on-site in various weather conditions.
• Strong verbal communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure traffic controls are set up, maintained, and removed safely.
• Participate in daily huddles and follow verbal instructions.
• Identify hazards and maintain a safe work environment.
• Travel and work nights/weekends as required.
• Lead with integrity and produce high-quality work.
