Job summary

Enovate is seeking a Senior Highway/Civil Engineer to join the growing team in New Jersey and New York. This role offers impact, growth, and the chance to influence decisions without heavy firm bureaucracy.

The candidate will design geometics, perform GIS-related tasks, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on public and private sector projects. The ideal applicant holds a Bachelor's degree in engineering, a PE license, 5+ years of experience, and proficiency with Microstation, AutoCAD

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• PE license required.
• 5+ years of engineering experience.
• Knowledge of AASHTO, MUTCD, State DOT, NJTA standards.
• Experience with Microstation, AutoCAD and AutoTURN.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare conceptual geometric designs, alignments, grading, MPT, drainage, utilities, and traffic barriers.
• Develop conceptual documents and provide design recommendations.
• Lead technical project meetings.
• Coordinate with staff from civil, structural, operations to resolve design issues.

Key Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience and knowledge of Microstation
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and AutoTURN

Pay/Benefits

Salary/Hourly Pay Range: $115,000 - $190,000
