Job summary

Diodes Incorporated in South Portland, ME, seeks a Senior LNDMOS Device Engineer to lead high voltage device design (7–120 V) using CAD/TCAD tools, and to work with process teams on fabrication flows.

You will characterize devices for electrical, thermal, and reliability performance, implement new architectures, and collaborate with packaging and product teams to drive robust power devices to market.

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or related field with semiconductor devices focus.
• 5–10 years of direct power semiconductor device engineering experience with high voltage LNDMOS/LDMOS design.
• Experience with junction or deep trench isolation and high voltage device reliability.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of high voltage LNDMOS devices (7–120 V) using CAD/TCAD tools.
• Collaborate with process engineers to define flows for device fabrication.
• Characterize electrical, thermal, and reliability performance and extract key parameters.
• Develop new architectures and materials to push LNDMOS performance.
• Interface with cross-functional teams and document results
