Qualifications
- PhD (or equivalent) in cellular biology, biochemistry, biophysics, or related disciplines with 2–5 years of relevant post‑doctoral experience, or
- Masters with 5+ years of relevant employment experience, or
- Bachelors with 8+ years of relevant employment experience
Responsibilities
- Designs and performs technically challenging experiments
- Distills multidimensional data into clear hypotheses and directions
- Prioritizes studies within projects and balances activities across projects
- Performs advanced, complex experimental troubleshooting and methods development
- Manages multiple targets or themes and multi-tasks effectively
- Innovates research methodologies to address key questions
