Qualifications
- PhD in a relevant scientific discipline with 0-3 years of experience.
- Strong independence and drive to impact project progression.
- Creativity in biological assay development and data analysis.
- Foundational molecular/cell biology in multi-well formats and assays.
- Proficiency in Python, R or MATLAB for data analysis.
- Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams and communicating clearly.
Responsibilities
- Develop, optimize, and implement high-throughput human biology assays across programs.
- Build automation workflows using robotics and high-throughput liquid handling.
- Analyze complex datasets and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Troubleshoot assays and automation; drive improvements in throughput and quality.
- Identify scientific needs and develop solutions from concept to prototyping.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and apply AI-enabled workflows.
- Represent the group in collaborative teams and maintain rigorous records.
